PUMS is a "Property Utility Management System". It helps in creating properties and assigning utility meters to those properties. It also allows the home owners to manage their supply agreements, which are done with their suppliers. This agreement records decided & finalized cost, along with term of the agreement. Once the agreements are in place the home owner can record their consumption units and get their cost value. They can manage their utility bills along with the payment and pending status.
